What this is
Since 2019 we have been building opportunities for creative people in Jordan, and today we open the door to a new generation. This is not a course, and not unpaid work. It is a network you enter to work on real things: shows, productions, content, events, and collaboration with people like you. And what you gain: real experience, a community you belong to, and work with your name on it.

Your journey in the network
This is not a course you pass. It is a discovery. Over about 90 days, we find out who shows up, contributes, and grows.

Orientation.
We show you how the network works and exactly what we expect from you.

Missions and workshops.
You take on small, real missions and join training sessions, online and in person. We watch who delivers, not who promises.

Real projects.
You contribute to real ACC work, shows, content, events, productions, and build your own portfolio.

The Founding Cohort.
After about 90 days, the most committed and reliable earn a place in the core, with bigger opportunities and responsibility.

A word from Yazan
We started in 2019 with a pilot workshop and a big vision, at a time when few believed comedy and creativity could become a profession in Jordan. Since then we have been building, step by step, with everyone who believed.
The Creative Network is the next step: a place where we open the door to a new generation to learn by doing, work on real projects, and discover how far they can go.

FAQ
Do I need previous experience?
No. We look for commitment and a willingness to learn more than experience. If you have passion and you're ready to work, apply.
Can I choose more than one field?
Yes. Many of our members work in more than one role, and you can discover new fields inside the network.
Are there paid opportunities?
Yes. Some activities are for learning and community with no pay, and some are paid (commission, a project fee, or a share of the production) depending on the project and your contribution.
How much time does it take?
The first discovery phase runs about 90 days, with flexibility based on the available projects and your readiness.
Do I have to be a university student?
No. The network is open to anyone over 18, student or not.
Can I change my path inside the network?
Of course. People grow inside the system; you can start in one role and move to new ones over time.
When can I apply?
Any time. There is no deadline: applications stay open all year, and we go back through them in batches every few months. Apply when you are ready, and your application stays with us for the next round.
